Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International:
Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs, high order volume, or other unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your order?

  • Cancellations: Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at luxora@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours for updates. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.


💥 Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at luxora@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
